Jackson is a one year old Sheltie boy who, at this age is still a bit
of a baby and needs to be handled as such...still learning about the
great big world. He is also entering into teenager-hood. He's a smart
boy who will learn whatever you try to teach him very quickly with love
and patience. Jackson will not respond well to harshness.
Jackson is a bit shy. He wants to bond with someone very much and
prefers women. He may warm up to some men but may not warm up with all
men.
Jackson is up to date on his vaccinations but is going to get a
heartworm test and be wormed as well as neutered. His medical expenses
will be about $100.00. Fun with toys, chewies, treats, and of course
food is extra.
Jackson is a bit shy at first, has a fairly strong preference for
females, and will bolt out the front door or out of your car, if given
a chance. He's too sweet to lose so whoever adopts him must be willing
to work with him and take precautions...all the time...not to lose
him. We will microchip him which will help get him returned but care
must be taken to avoid losing him in the first place.
